Project Calculators

Calculate the raw quantity, understand the assumptions, then turn the result into something you can actually order: bags, boxes, packs, pallets, tins, sheets or bulk delivery increments.

More than a raw formula

A useful estimate has two layers. The first is the mathematical requirement: area, volume, weight or unit count. The second is the purchasing decision: how many whole packs, bags, sheets, tins or supplier increments you actually need. AmountHub keeps those two layers visible instead of hiding practical rounding inside the result.

Assumptions stay editable

Density, coverage, waste, pack size, bag yield and supplier increments vary by product. The calculators use reasonable defaults for planning but expose the inputs that materially affect the result. Manufacturer and supplier data should take priority whenever it is available.

Different jobs use different logic

Loose materials need volume and density. Concrete is ordered by volume. Paint depends on coverage and coats. Tiles and pavers depend on unit dimensions and cutting waste. Flooring depends on pack coverage. Drywall depends on faces, layers and sheet size. The tools are built around those differences rather than using one generic template with renamed labels.

Calculation quality and limitations

Each calculator includes a worked example, practical limitations and a link to the AmountHub methodology. These tools are intended for quantity planning and purchasing preparation, not structural design, building-code interpretation or product specification.
